Our History
Index Group Security Services was established and founded in 2018 by its Director and Owner
Dr. Manqoba Genius Ngwenya, whose dream and vision is to better his life and that of his community, to offer reliable safety solutions. We are striving for heights in Security. The company success lies in its ability to train and manage our staff to achieve the stringent standards demanded by its prestigious clients. Our members of Index Group Security Services have together worked in the Security field for more than 15 years. We are equipped with knowledge in all Sectors of the Security Industry and hard- worn experience to anticipate and cope with any situation of a Security nature.

Our vision is to lead the security industry in Southern Africa, and extend our reach to a global network, by providing exceptional security services that surpass our clients’ expectations. We are committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of our service, and strive to continuously improve and innovate to meet the changing needs of our clients.
Mission
Index Group (Pty) Ltd recognizes that in order to achieve our mission we must: - Recruit and retain the most qualified security guards in the industry. - Provide our security guards with a continuing education program that. employs the most current technology and protection techniques available. - Continually monitor the national and international socio-political environment to develop our service in an effective manner.
Company Strategic Focus
Our management team ensures that attention to detail has not been lost though the Company’s expansion. Staff are managed and motivated in a professional manner and where possible, individuals are developed to meet their full potential. Strong emphasis is placed on promoting from within the group and most vacancies are filled in this manner.
